GUIDANCE

• Before calling please refer to the help section of the instruction booklet supplied with your appliance which gives general help and guidance
• If their is a large build up of ice carefully defrost the freezer, however avoid using excessive heat, knives, screwdrivers, chisels etc to do so.
• It is not viable to repair freezers that have been punctured or stabbed whilst defrosting.... sorry, get a new one.
• Small splits in door seals are best repaired with a little super glue before they get too bad.
• Do not re-freeze food that has defrosted
• Check your household insurance policy you may have cover for freezer failure and loss of food.
